Filling
Biotica uses both rotary and straight-line fillers with a capacity of approximately 5,000 units/hour. This equipment is capable of filling products with varying degrees of viscosity(including hot-fill products)Tubes can range from 0.5 ounces to 8 ounces in filling capacity.
Packaging
Options include jars, tubes, sachets, bottles, totes, as well as drums. Fill volume can range from 0.5 fluid ounces up to 1 gallon.
